Meeting rooms available for hire

Meeting Room Hire

Groups can apply for six months of bookings at a time and must submit their applications as per the dates outlined below:

1 January to 30 June: Applications for bookings during this period are accepted from 1 November

1 July to 31 December: Applications for bookings during this period are accepted from 1 May

Bookings outside of these dates will be not be accepted.

Box Hill Meeting Rooms

Meeting Room 1:
Seats up to 60 people
Size: 90 sq. m approx.
60 individual chairs and 6 large tables
Kitchen access

Meeting Room 2:
Seats up to 20 people
Size: 32 sq.m. approx.
20 individual chairs and 6 large tables
Kitchen access

Meeting Room 3:
Seats up to 24 people.
24 individual chairs and 6 tables
Available during library hours only
No kitchen access

Training Room
12 personal computers plus a presenter's computer
Kitchen access

Vermont South Meeting Room

Seats up to 20 people
Size: 27.5 sq.m. approx.
20 individual chairs and 2 large tables

What do users need to make a booking?

Current Public Liability Insurance
To provide a copy of Certificate of Currency on confirmation of booking

Terms of Hire
Users must agree to Meeting Room Terms of Hire

Non-Profit Declaration Form
